Can I get my 2003 Audi A4 its 100,000 mile tune up taken care of [safely] at a shop other than an audi dealer? Are any of these "chain" tune up shops safe?

Absolutely! Any garage should be able to change the air filter, spark plugs, fuel filter and so on. The only problem they might have is getting the parts. If the parts store the garage usually works with does not stock the parts then the garage may have to go to the dealer to get the parts. So changing the parts is not an issue, getting the parts could be. GOOD LUCK!!!
